I thought I would just post a little note to everyone. We are staying busy and I appreciate all of the work you have given us. The last few years have been hard on everyone. We have changed a few things and have tried to survive in the tough times. We needed to put Sean in a truck of some sort to help us do more. We went on the search and could not find anything that was reasonable. We tried with a few banks, but as you all know banks are tough these days. So we settled on a beat up van that we paid cash for. I have had to spend some money to fix it up and it doesn’t represent our company in the way we want. I know we have lost a few jobs, just due to the appearance of our beater. One recent comment from a customer, “I didn’t know if you were hear to fix my plumbing or kidnap me?”, got me thinking. She was joking, but it is valid concern. We have the van clearly labeled, but it is the stereo typical scary white beater Van. We are hoping that in the future we can add a bigger box truck to our business in addition to the one we have, but we are trying to be conservative and keep prices as low as we can. If you see our beater van, please just honk, wave and don’t be scared. The only thing we want to kidnap are the plumbing problems that you have. We will fix them and drag the old plumbing off and leave it in a ditch at the dump. Thanks for all the support. I hope one day to Turn the beater Van into a “A-team” looking van with our logo for a parts running van. Any thoughts?
Thanks, Jay

I like the van. If you do honest work at honest prices I can’t see why it matters what you show up in?
I think your van is just fine!
I am interested in the long term relationship of a good plumber.
Seems your priorities are straight to me!
Look forward to meeting you…..
Thank you!
