Replace Existing Tankless.  These Average around $3,000.00 each but vary greatly.  An estimate will be given before hand.  Factors such as if its outdoors, in an attic, in a closet or if it was the right unit to begin with can vary the cost and time to install

Replace 2 existing 50 gallon gas water heater with a New Navien NPE 240A2 Brand heater. Wood support for tankless, Gas line to Tankless, New stainless steel shut off valve, new supply lines, new Expansion tank, New pan, new sediment trap.  Permit, Labor, and Taxes, and I remove and haul off old heaters.

Upstairs water heater or heater located in an area that is a flood risk. Install a Valve on the heater that has a sensor that sets in pan. If water gets into the pan, the sensor trips and the valve closes minimizing damage to home.  .  *price is an add on while installing heater.  Price may change if adding on to a heater that I did not install.  Price covers 1 or 2 heaters located in the same room.

Repairs Vary Greatly depending on the brand and the issue.  Average costs to Replace a gas valve or replace little parts in a Tankless run around $400.00, but sometimes its an easier fix.

Manufacturers recommend Flushing the Tankless every Year.  Remove panel, check electronics visually, remove any pests that have entered unit, Flush unit with a Tankless approved solution and pump, Remove and Clean Filter, Check Unit Performance. Clean Cabinet area.  *price is Per Tankless

Provide and install a Toto Drake toilet with new Toto Seat, Elongated bowl, Standard height with a chrome handle. New shut off valve, new supply line, new bolts, secure flange to floor, new wax rings, caulking around toilet. Haul off old toilet *if flange is in bad condition an additional charge may apply

Install Customer supplied toilet or Remove and Reseal existing toilet.  New shut off valve, new supply line, new bolts, secure flange to floor, new wax rings, caulking around toilet. *if flange is in bad condition an additional charge may apply

Toilet Leaks or running can cause a high water bill.  Replace all the pieces in the back of the tank.  New shut off valve, new Fill valve, new supply line, new flush valve, new flapper, new tank to bowl gaskets and bolts. 

*this is the average price, some brands require more expensive parts

Replace PRV in the flower bed of the home.  Dig down to valve, raise piping to be closer to the surface, install a new Stainless Steel ball valve, install new PRV, install new Box, Pea Gravel, Mark a "V" on house down low to mark location, Install new stainless shut off valve at water heater, install new Expansion tank, Permit

*Not all prvs are equal, this is for a better than builder grade system

Prices can range from $1240-$2200 for larger or more complicated installs

Leak down by the meter, Dig up area and replace Tee that serves the Sprinkler box for the home.  New piping, new tee. These Range from $650 and up. Average cost is $650

Install Customer supplied Faucet.  I highly recommend Moen, can install any brand.  Sink faucet installs include, new shut off valves, new supply lines, install faucet.  *price is per faucet

Replace outdoor faucet with a new Woodford 19 series faucet.  4" or 6" Woodford has a 5 year warranty on these. I provide a 1 year, with the exception of a frozen one, I cannot warranty the wrath of winter. *price is per faucet and is based on not having to cut into wall
